Katherine’s practice primarily involves the preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, but she also represents individuals and corporate fiduciaries in their capacities as executors and trustees, as well as representing beneficiaries of estates and trusts.
In addition to her experience as an attorney in private practice, she worked for a corporate trustee in their Estate Administration and Estate Tax Departments, where she gained extensive experience in estate taxation and compliance.
Outside the office, Katherine can be found cheering on her Texas Longhorns and LSU Tigers, exploring small-business boutiques with handmade treasures, and of course assisting local Tex-Mex restaurants with their quality assurance endeavors.
